Cijing AI Terms of Use
By using Cijing AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under App Store rules.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for unlawful activity or to infringe others’ rights.
- You are responsible for the scripts you enter.
- Picture in Picture is for keeping the cue visible; follow system prompts.
Accounts
This version has no sign-in.
Membership subscription
Cijing Membership is an auto-renewing subscription with monthly, six-month and yearly plans; price and period are shown in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; refunds are handled by Apple.
Free allowances and membership
Without a subscription you get a limited number of AI writing, floating prompter and voice-following uses (the exact counts are shown in the app and served from our configuration); members get more each month, and floating prompt is unlimited for members. Limits, features and prices may change and we will say so in the app.
AI writing
- Free users get a few trial uses; members get a fixed number each month (currently 300 by default, reset monthly; the app shows the current allowance). Limits, features and prices may change and we will say so in the app.
- A failed generation is not counted.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or untrue. Check it before use, especially anything marked “Please check”. You are responsible for what you publish, including platform rules and advertising laws (avoid absolute claims and false advertising).
- Do not use it for unlawful, infringing or harmful content; we may limit use in case of abuse.
- You keep your rights in what you enter; we process it only to provide the generation service.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” Scroll timing and PiP stability depend on the device and iOS. Voice following relies on iOS on-device speech recognition, so background noise, accent and the words in your script all affect how accurately it locates your place; we do not warrant that it keeps up every time. We do not warrant a perfect take. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
Termination
You may delete the app at any time. We may stop providing the service if you breach these terms.
